More than 25 years, He has working experience in manufacturing sector especially in an automotive component industry as an Production Engineering and continued as an Total Industrial Engineering for 20 years.  He has a lot of experience in  developing a production system in Manufacturing Lines through Lean Manufacturing system implementation. Create and implement a lot of improvements ideas to make production line can running smoothly and stabilize output. The target is making an manufacturing efficiently and short lead time by reducing Loss time and unnecessary parts and material stagnation.

Start from August 2019 he has joined IAIPD (Indonesian Automotive Industrial People Development) as a Trainer of Lean Manufacturing system for employees and Academy students to share his knowledge and experience through manufacturing workshop in 2 days.

With very practical and proven experience in improving efficiency and competitiveness, He believe can working together with Manufacturing side to achieved performances targets with Slogan “Together We Can Do”.

My 28 years of career in a multi-national manufacturing company of automotive components industry as Production Engineering for 13 years and continued as Cost Planning and Cost Reduction Strategy for 15 years. The years have provided knowledge and skills on manufacturing processes and cost management strategies, becoming the resourceful mix and much needed to keep the business growing and developing amid tight competition.

On October 27, 2021 I have acquired a certificate of competence in the field of Productivity Measurement in the manufacturing industry by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP)

I believe an effective Cost Management Strategy is the answer to build the company’s ability to continue to grow amid tight competition and economic dynamics we have facing.

I  have worked for a global automotive manufacturer component for a more than 25 years, covering production industry, production engineering, and production control (Planning & Logistic) for the last 18 years.

Key lesson learned is on critical path in understanding the process from Storage Management, Manufacturing, up to Distribution to Customer, with optimum cost management.

My key role is on managing Company’s Global Automotive Project with key responsibility in early- identification on issues that lead-to-stop and overproduction. To do so we can promote most optimum cost in terms of quantity and quality.

The proper handling on warehouse & logistics lead to efficient production line and sustainable Company’s revenue stream.

I started my career in a Sales & Marketing team at a multi-national telco company for 12+ years, before continuing on to Corporate Planning at a national Construction company for 10+ years. The years have shaped my fundamentals in professional work and corporate life in business culture, processes, and people management.

With key expertise in providing guidance to the Management for  strategic business direction through analysis on industry outlook and company performance, I shall be able to provide helicopter view on how a company perform and potential steps for improvements.

Practical tools of Performance Management System using Balanced Scorecard, and 20+ on-job experiences shall help a Company to look ways for improvements into implementable, easy to understand, & measurable action plan. Key takeaway;
